    The beginning talks about what you think happens. Our thought becomes reality. Aristotle says, “know thyself”. It does mean that we should know about our mind and the behaviour of our mind. The wonderful thing that striked me is 'the words have power'. Actually, the words create the emotional atmosphere which reflects through our aura, actions and miracles happen. God is always ready to offer everything that we desire. In a way same like ‘what you seek is seeking you'. One who knows spiritual law is undisturbable by appearance and rejoices while he is ‘yet in captivity'. We can control the situation but first we must understand to control our self. Any external harmony brings inner harmony. For example, when we usually try to criticize people then same kind of situations begin to reflect in our life. Continuous criticism creates rheumatism as critical. Evil thoughts are natural deposits in the blood which settle in the joints, affecting on health. Unforgiveness is most prolific disease it will harm arteries or liver and affect eyesight also. If you do not train yourself to forgive, there are possibilities of endless disease. The art of non resistance is unquestionably profitable for human being because the longer we resist, we create negative results through our actions, through our behaviour, then it leads through our thinking and the way of living. There is not such think like a evil and if it does exist then it’s only in our mind. Thus, what we think, what we create, may be any small or big mistake we should not try to repent or resist. Because the longer we give attention to any specific thing and expect that it should not happen or that should happen, then the whole mechanism of conversion of desires align together to bring it into reality. Our thoughts create the same results into reality.

   You may be thinking sometimes children fall sick though even they do not resist, do not keep any bad motives about anything still they fall sick. Reason behind their falling sick is their parent’s thought process. Child’s mother could be not feeling well or feeling bad or negative about something or she maybe resisting some things that should not happen or evil should not befall on them but to enemies. She may be getting jealous, angry, hatred and the same feelings reflect in the lives of those tiny kids but we cannot unfortunately figure out.

     Once a young girl hated her mother very strongly for her domineering nature. She despised domineering nature and did resistance every single time but later when she got married she happened to meet the same kind of husband who was not only dominating but he was not letting her to take even enough breath. Thus, the same kind of results we get in our life as we create the feelings behind everything. Every time we feel like we are under the burden may that be about any decision or may that be about any responsibility and so on. But our scriptures tell this we should not take things to personally so that they will screw up our behavioural pattern and start giving results of disasters.

   Shinn says about love as we should not expect the same amount of love from people because when we expect the same amount of love from the people around us perhaps we may keep on building the stories of expectations from the people and in future we perhaps disturb our internal space which we need to maintain every moment. Because the whole external world is created from our inner peace. Shinn says if we give honest love you will get the same back. Look at around us when we deal with the children they automatically incline to those who are interested to talk with them and show the interest. But on the contrary they will not turn to them who do not talk with them or show no tiny interest in them. It means if we are ready to show interest, great amount of love to the people around us then automatically those vibrations create a charisma and they come to the people to give you the same amount of love that you had deposited in your emotional bank earlier.

   Shinn goes on talking about one women who was very angry with one woman and she was not ready to talk with her anymore with strong resistance. She said,  “I can’t, she is a marble woman”. Shinn uses the metaphor of marble and made her mind to accept that woman whom she despised. Shinn said her you remember the story of the sculptor who asked for a certain piece of marble. She was asked, “why you want it” and he replied, “because there is an angel in the marble”, and he produced a wonderful work of art. Here Shinn has used many affirmations along with biblical quotations. The last chapter contains this affirmation while illustrating in everyday life we face some situations where we are stuck unmovable and then we have to repeat this affirmation in order to stumbling the blocks and it is, “I am always under direct inspiration, I make right decisions, quickly” these words impress subconscious and one finds his self awake and alert making the right moves without hesitation. Chapter ninth talks about the manifestation power through which we can fortify our divine design of life. The wealth, health, love, and perfect self expression are the square of our divine design of life. We everybody have our self expressions like I want to become a good son, good husband, good daughter, good sister, good brother, responsible citizen, and perfect home maker. These are our different ideologies or self expressions we give value to. If we try to learn the visualisation technique and use the affirmations then we can reach to our perfect divine design of life. We can blissfully acquire like good health, wealth, love and ideal life.
